Nature of the services
Zenith Aura Global provides executive coaching, leadership mentoring, and business advisory services. These are professional developmental services intended to support your growth and effectiveness as a leader.
Not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice
Coaching and mentoring are not psychological therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment, and are not a substitute for them. Nor do they constitute medical, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. For matters of that kind, please consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental-health difficulty, please seek support from a qualified clinician.
No guaranteed outcomes
While engagements are designed to produce meaningful, measurable progress, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. We do not promise promotion, particular financial returns, or specific business results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own engagement and circumstances.
Your responsibility for decisions
Coaching develops your thinking; mentoring offers perspective. In both cases, the decisions you make and the actions you take remain entirely your own responsibility. You retain full accountability for how you apply anything discussed.
Coaching, mentoring, consulting & therapy — the distinctions
- Coaching — non-directive; develops your own judgement and behaviour.
- Mentoring — experience-based guidance and perspective; you retain the decision.
- Consulting — analysing a problem and providing recommendations or deliverables.
- Therapy — clinical treatment of psychological and mental-health needs by licensed professionals.
