4. Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies and analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Where required by law, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banner provided.
5. Third parties & processors
We use trusted service providers to operate the practice — for example a scheduling platform (such as Calendly), an email or CRM platform, and web hosting and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

As we serve clients across Asia-Pacific and internationally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction — including under the Personal Data Protection Act (Malaysia), the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore), and the GDPR where applicable — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact tony.yeong@za-global.net.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
